Detailed Job Description:

  • $60,000 + Superannuation
  • Showcase your exceptional customer care and interpersonal skills
  • Work closely with the director providing outstanding administrative support

Drawing from your previous experience in a customer service or related role, you will prosper in this interactive client-focused role. Capable of seamlessly communicating with clients and personnel of all levels, you always ensure an excellent first impression and are known for being friendly and approachable.  You delight in providing support to the administration team and director with a no task too big or too small mentality. You pride yourself on your immaculate presentation and this applies to everything you do as you will be responsible for ensuring common areas are pristine.

A snapshot of your role….

  • Welcome and sign in all visitors in line with company procedures maintaining a tidy and warm environment
  • Operate the switchboard in a welcoming, confident, and friendly manner – answer, screen, and forward calls accordingly
  • Book meeting rooms, order refreshments as required and ensure rooms are in immaculate condition

 

  • Carry out administrative tasks to support the team and director
  • Take on any ad-hoc duties as required
