What is unique about you?

We are seeking an extraordinary Executive Assistant to provide unparalleled support to this CEO. The ideal candidate will possess a rare blend of exceptional organisational skills, impeccable attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. They will be a strategic thinker, capable of anticipating the needs of the CEO and effectively managing their time and priorities. A snapshot of your role…

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence
  • Act as a gatekeeper, screening and prioritising incoming requests and inquiries, ensuring the CEO’s time is used efficiently
  • Coordinate and manage travel arrangements and accommodations for the CEO, including complex itineraries and last-minute changes

 

  • Prepare and distribute briefing materials, agendas, and presentations for meetings, ensuring the CEO is well-prepared and informed
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on new challenges
