TEMPORARY SUPPORT

We’re the temp agency you can trust.

When you need a last-minute placement ASAP, we’re here for you.

Every day, we place highly skilled temps in roles. When you call us, you might feel a bit panicked, and that’s normal. But within the first minute, you will feel the tension melt away as you discover we can find the perfect someone to fit your role–straight away.

Need someone tomorrow? No problem.

Need someone today? Still no problem.

Need someone there first thing Monday and it’s 8 pm Sunday now? You guessed it–still no problem.

We only pick and book candidates for you that we’ve screened and interviewed in person. We also assess and test their skills, learn their personalities and values, check their references, and ensure they’re available and committed.

Nearly half of our temp placements are hired on as full-time staff. That’s because we match them so well that the clients don’t want them to slip away.

Our EST10 team will find you the temp of your dreams and fast. One of our dedicated team members is always online, and we’re available 24/7.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How much time do you need from me to recruit a temp role?

We’ll have it done and dusted in 20 minutes.

  1. Initial phone call: 15 minutes
  2. Read and electronically sign our
  3. Standard Terms: 5 minutes

While you are doing step two, we are sourcing the right candidate for you–expect our call confirming your temp just as you press send on our terms!
After the candidate starts, just sign off on their weekly timesheet and pay the invoice each week. We’ll take care of the rest.

What’s your agency’s temp role recruitment process?
  1. Call us – In less than 15 minutes, we’ll gather the information we need and start recruiting for you.
  2. Sign the Standard Terms – While we’re calling our A-list temps, we’ll ask you to read through and digitally sign our Standard Terms.
  3. Candidate found – We’ll call you back in so quickly it will make your eyes water! If the role is slightly tricky, it may take us a little longer (say 20 to 30 minutes!) to call back with a dream candidate ready for you.
  4. Welcome your new temp – Happy days – your new temp has arrived! Give them a quick tour around the office, and they’ll be ready to get started.

From day one, we take care of everything from awards and super to tax and legislative costs. All you need to do is sign the timesheet by COB Friday, and we’ll do the rest–it’s that easy. We also want to ensure both you and the candidate are happy. That’s why we follow up with each of you at the end of the first day and weekly after that to make sure everyone’s delighted.

How much does a temp cost?

It really depends on the role and the level of experience needed. Our charge rate takes care of everything! We handle paying the temporary as well as all the super, tax and legislative requirements. You’ll only have to take care of a single hourly rate that we invoice weekly.
