MARKETING ASSISTANT RECRUITMENT

What does a Marketing Assistant do?

Marketing assistants look after the voice and brand of your organisation. They make sure everything you and your team is doing aligns with your brand and its messaging. They design communications, manage social media, communicate with customers, and organise events. They are critical in letting your clients and customers know what you want them to know.

We think everyone needs a marketing assistant. Here’s why:

  • Protect your brand – Keep things consistent across the board. Marketing assistants will be involved in all communications and collateral to ensure everyone is communicating the same message.
  • Increase client engagement – Communicate in a way that works. A marketing assistant will produce and monitor campaigns to optimise client and customer engagement.
  • Improve market awareness – Stay one step ahead of your competitors. Your marketing assistant will keep up to date with what is happening in your industry so your business and brand can always be a step ahead and always improving.
  • Feel prepared – Have all the collateral and research you need for your business to perform. Marketing assistants provide the material and information needed to communicate with clients and customers.
