What is the recruitment process?

It all starts with a simple phone call to our lovely EST10 team. We’ll ask you what you’re after and help you identify which approach is best for you. 

Then, if you’re looking for a temp ASAP, we’ll start the process right then and there. Or, if you want a long-term placement, we’ll explain our full-service option outlined in the question above.

What happens if the Marketing Assistant you send doesn’t work out?

We’re so confident about our marketing and communications recruitment process that our guarantees far exceed the industry standards.

If you’re not completely delighted with your permanent marketing assistant hire within their first three months, we’ll replace the role at no charge. 

And if you’re even slightly unhappy with your temp placement within their first eight hours, again we’ll replace them at no cost. That’s no cost for the first temp placement and no cost for the replacement temporary’s first day. (That’s double the industry standard period.)

In short, we are not happy with the placement unless you’re happy about it too.
