OFFICE MANAGER RECRUITMENT

What does an Office Manager do?

Office managers provide the whole team with the resources to excel removing functional and administrative boundaries. They liaise with stakeholders and suppliers, so you don’t have to! They even deal with IT! Office managers are reactive and proactive, anticipating the Office needs and fixing problems when they occur.

We think everyone needs an office manager. Here’s why:

  • Be in touch – Know what’s happening when you’re away. Your office manager is your eyes and ears in the office, keeping on top of issues as they arise.
  • Get productive – Always be fully resourced. Office managers are the first point of call, ensuring your IT, facilities, meeting rooms, etc., are all running smoothly. Water always in the boardroom for guests? Check!
  • Freeing up your time – Keeping problems at bay. An office manager will provide HR functions, manage junior staff, assist with administration, even problem solving with the team, so you don’t have to.
  • Feel relaxed – Don’t sweat the small stuff. Your office manager will look after those things you don’t even think about; annual safety checks; ensuring business insurances are up to date; employment legislation and policies covered; stationery is always stocked–your office manager has you covered!

What is the recruitment process?

It all starts with a simple phone call to our lovely EST10 team. We’ll ask you what you’re after and help you identify which approach is best for you.

Then, if you’re looking for a temp ASAP, we’ll start the process right then and there. Or, if you want a long-term placement, we’ll explain our service offering as outlined in the question above.

What happens if the Office Manager you send doesn’t work out?

We’re so confident about our office team recruitment process that our guarantees far exceed the industry standards.

If you’re not completely delighted with your permanent office manager within their first three months, we’ll replace the role at no charge.

And if you’re even slightly unhappy with your temp placement within their first eight hours, again we’ll replace them at no cost. That is no cost for the first temp placement, and no cost for the replacement temporary’s first day. (That’s double the industry standard period.)

In short, we are not happy with the placement unless you’re happy about it too.
