EA TO CEO RECRUITMENT

What does an Executive Assistant to CEO do?

An EA to CEO focuses their attention solely on supporting the CEO. They make their CEO look and feel fabulous not only by organising their work-life but also acting as a strategic partner. They are motivated by seeing their CEO excel and shine. They are your sounding board for ideas, help with project management and keeping you on track with where you need to be and when. They are also critical to your ability to focus by acting as the go-to person.

We think every CEO needs an EA. Here’s why:

  • Get organised – Say goodbye to inbox overwhelm. Executive assistants keep you organised by managing your inbox and workload, helping you prioritise tasks and stick to deadlines.
  • Be on time – Never miss a meeting again. Your EA will ensure your appointments and travel arrangements never conflict, and that you always get to where you need to be on time and with the right reports and documents. Oh, and did we say they also read, understand, and summarise these for you!
  • Stay focused – Work without interruption. Executive assistants will screen your calls, visitors, and work, allowing you the headspace to make the big decisions. They look after the small print.
  • Feel supported – Trust the details to someone else. EAs know how to quickly earn your trust by getting across your entire workload, so you do not need to worry if something is done!

Why should EST10 recruit an Executive Assistant for me?

We know where to find the best EAs for CEOs–pure and simple!

The secret is out that a strong EA is the key to highly successful CEOs. But with demand increasing, it can be time-consuming to find, recruit and retain top CEO EAs.

So, what can you do? Trust us to find the perfect EA to CEO for you.

Does an Executive Assistant to CEO also look after my personal tasks?

Some EAs to CEOs do and some don’t. It depends on what you need. With the personal life of CEOs becoming so intertwined with their work, EAs now take on more and more personal tasks. In some cases, CEOs will have an EA and a PA and separate the business and personal tasks accordingly. This is especially true for CEOs who have schedules that are back-to-back and are extremely time-poor.

EAs can also coordinate your home and work calendars. That means you will always make it to the school play on time and remember the special occasions that matter most.

Can you find an EA who ‘gets me’?

This is our specialty, and it’s how EST10 is different. Finding a candidate who has the right EA admin skills is just the beginning.

Where we excel is by matching your personality and working style to your new EA. We take time to get to know both you and the candidates, so we can find the right person, just for you. We’ll find you someone who matches well with your work style and who’ll increase your productivity right away and add value. And if you like, we can even utilise psychometric testing as a tool in matching for both of you!

Does EST10 only recruit Executive Assistant to CEO roles in the Sydney CBD?

You can also call on us to help you find talent in Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, New Zealand, and London.
