What does an Accounts Assistant do?

The accounts assistant role can include a myriad of duties but some of the key daily duties you can  expect are:

  • Monitor creditor and debtor accounts 
  • Reconcile invoices 
  • Process payments 
  • Summarise expenditure and receipts 
  • Compile data for financial statements 
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports
