ADMIN ASSISTANT JOBS

The best Admin Assistant jobs in Sydney

Looking for your next admin assistant job? We’re here to help you dream big. We’re Sydney’s best boutique recruitment agency for admin assistants.

Admin assistants provide much-needed support to business teams. Over the last few years, we have seen a big increase in demand for Admin Assistants. Junior and intermediate level admin assistants typically support up to 12 people and in some cases, even up to teams of 20 people (depending on the industry) for senior admin assistant positions,

Recently, we have seen some crossover between the junior executive assistant and admin assistant roles. We see this happening when the candidate has taken the initiative to offer, ‘more’ in terms of their support and typically is done so with the more senior members of the team or when the team size is smaller.

We have access to some of the best opportunities across Sydney! From Sydney CBD to Surry Hills, the Northern Beaches,  to North Sydney and Macquarie Park and the ‘Hills district’.  We can’t wait to help you find the job of your dreams!
