What is the recruitment process?

It all starts with a simple phone call to our lovely EST10 team. We’ll ask you what you’re after and help you identify which approach is best for you.

Then, if you’re looking for a temp ASAP, we’ll start the process right then and there. Or, if you want a long-term placement, we will explain our service offering as outlined in the question above.

What happens if the HR Administrator you send doesn’t work out?

We’re so confident about our HR administrator recruitment process that our guarantees far exceed the industry standards.

If you’re not completely delighted with your permanent HR administrator hire within their first three months, we’ll replace the role at no charge.

And if you’re even slightly unhappy with your temp placement within their first eight hours, again we’ll replace them at no cost. That’s no cost for the first temp and no cost for the replacement temporary’s first day. (That’s double the industry standard period.)

In short, we’re not happy with the placement unless you’re happy about it too.
