Call us when you’re ready to hire

As soon as you even start to think about hiring an administrative specialist, give us a call. We’ll walk you through a detailed brief over the phone to make sure we’re crystal clear on your needs. Then we’ll start looking for your dream candidate. We also have all sorts of market intel to share such as surveys, salary guides, market updates and so on – just ask us!

The perfect candidate is someone who gels with your company culture. To understand that culture and to better understand you and your business, we’ll visit your office, or jump on a video call. This also helps us to understand your ‘office personality’, enabling us to match your working environment with a candidate who shares similar values.

And matching personalities is critical. For example, does your team work quietly with earbuds in, or do you turn up the music? Do you prefer formal team meetings, or casual catch ups in the breakout zone? Every team environment is different and we know that getting the match right – fitting the person to the environment – is why we have a 100% fill rate on our exclusive roles.

We give you a plan and timelines

Before the end of our first meeting, we’ll outline a plan and a set of next steps for you, including booking interview times for you to meet your dream candidates. That’s how confident we are in delivering for you. Then, after we say goodbye, you can cross finding a new employee off your to-do list, and leave it with us.

We’ll start the selection process and match your needs to our stand-out candidates. The information you shared with us in the initial phone call and our in-person visit will be more than enough to guide us.

  • Identifying the best of the best applicants
  • Pre-screening based on your defined criteria

Whenever you need a temp, we’re ready to take your call (24/7). You’ll talk to one of our consultants, who’ll ask you a few essential questions to better understand your requirements. The whole call will only take around 15 minutes, and while we chat, we’ll already be compiling a list of eligible candidates in our head.

We’ll contact the best available candidates for your job. Our exceptional temporary candidates are all screened ahead of time. And they are ready to jump in as soon as needed.

We confirm your match

It never takes us long to find someone to cover your role. In fact, our average time to fill a temporary placement is 20 minutes!  Many of our temp workers have a long history with us. The relationships we build with them means they are more than a name and phone number to us. We know them–their strengths, their skills, the hours they are available and how quickly they can be with you. 

In next to no time we’ll call you with the candidate’s name and confirm their arrival time. We will also tell you all about them, their skills and why we think they are special and unique for your role. All you will need to do is sign our standard terms, and you will be on your way to a stress-free day.

How does EST10 interview candidates?

After reviewing a resume, we begin with an initial phone call. We introduce ourselves and get to know the candidate a little more: the desired role, location, salary, hours, etc. This essential information helps us to quickly assess if we have any roles that might be suitable. Then, we schedule a formal in-person interview. We use a unique, exclusive only to EST10 interview model that incorporates the 7 attributes for employability. Our innovative interview approach highlights what makes a candidate tick – their aspirations, motivations, must-haves, nice to haves. It is this understanding, knowledge and insight that helps us identify your dream candidate!

How much does it cost to recruit a contract or permanent administrative role?

Several factors go into the cost of recruitment for a contract or permanent admin hire. To reflect this, our full-service package uses a flat fee structure based on each role’s salary.

How much does it cost to recruit a temp administrative role?

Several elements factor into the cost of recruitment for a temp admin hire, as each role and candidate is unique.  The hourly rate will include the pay rate to the candidate, all the government statutory costs and, of course, the cost for sourcing. But on average, expect anywhere from $40 an hour to $65 an hour, plus GST.

What happens if the candidate doesn’t work out?

Our recruitment process has achieved incredible results for thousands of placements. However, if you are not happy with the match, we’ll take care of it. 

We offer our clients a generous three-month guarantee for permanent placements. And for temp placements, we offer a 200% guarantee–which means we don’t charge for the first temp placement or for the first day of the replacement temp placement. To provide you with some comfort, though, we can’t remember the last time we had to replace one of our temporaries!
