ADMIN ASSISTANT RECRUITMENT

What does an Admin Assistant do?

Your question should be, what doesn’t an admin assistant do? They support your team with all of their admin needs so they can focus on the hard-hitting work. They help with organising the team’s time, ensuring they are prepared for meetings and keeping their projects on track. They are essential for getting the small, but business-critical things taken care of.

We think everyone needs an admin assistant. Here’s why:

  • Feel prepared – Turn up to that meeting with all you need. Admin assistants do the background work, researching, reporting, and formatting, so your team enters a meeting armed with all they need.
  • Stay on track – Work on the projects that matter. Your admin assistant will keep your team accountable (and you as well if you like!) to meet their objectives.
  • Gain time – Leave the admin to someone else. An admin assistant will take care of the day-to-day tasks freeing you and your team to get the hard work done.
  • Be efficient – Meet that deadline! Admin assistants assist you in getting the job done, whether it be a pitch deck ready or booking in meetings. Without even thinking, you will be where you need to be, when you need to be and with what you need–each and every time!
