Detailed Job Description:

  • $35 per hour + Superannuation – $70,000 + Superannuation FTE
  • Coordinate technicians across Sydney and service household name brands!
  • Temp to perm opportunity – Full working rights required

Your exceptional customer service skills are not only standout but also essential for effectively addressing client needs and ensuring their utmost satisfaction. Furthermore, your strong communication skills, both verbal and written, play a pivotal role in facilitating seamless collaboration with clients and internal teams, thereby enhancing service delivery. Your meticulous attention to detail sets you apart, as you understand the critical importance of accurately documenting client requests, maintaining meticulous records, and adhering to SLAs. With finely tuned organisational skills, you’ll adeptly manage technicians’ schedules for the week, ensuring impeccable coordination while also allowing flexibility to promptly address any unforeseen emergency client needs. In this service coordinator role, you can showcase a comprehensive skillset encompassing customer service, coordination, communication, problem-solving, time management, and adaptability, positioning you to excel and seamlessly integrate into this dynamic coordination team.

A snapshot of your role…

  • Coordinate and manage the schedules of technicians to ensure efficient allocation of resources across Sydney locations and timely completion of open jobs against client SLA’s
  • Assign service requests to appropriate technicians based on their skill sets, availability, and proximity to the client location
  • Act as a liaison between clients, technicians, and other internal teams to provide updates, relay information, and address any issues or concerns promptly

 

  • Maintain accurate records on the company CRM (Netsuite) for job allocation, updates, and record tracking
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with the service provided
