Detailed Job Description:

  • $125,000 + Superannuation
  • Plan and orchestrate key strategic initiatives, ensuring the CEO’s time is optimised

It is essential to drive alignment across key business functions in this business, they are looking for someone who can think proactively and act decisively in a fast-paced environment. You are quick, adaptable, and willing to jump right in to assure efficient operations and balanced priorities for this dynamic CEO. This environment embraces a can-do attitude and friendly approach, it will see you utilising your excellent communications skills, trusted relationship management, and meticulous attention to detail. You understand the importance of confidentiality and see value in bringing people together.  You will assist in providing the little things to the CEO and wider team that ignite their inspiration. You are a juggler of multiple tasks and exemplify the mission of making complex things simple!

A snapshot of your role…

  • Maintain a well-organised calendar, including external and internal meetings, speaking engagements, agendas, and events
  • Work with the CEO to ensure priorities are met, organisational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld, while seeking ways to improve processes and culture
  • Produce documents, briefing papers, research materials, minutes, and action plans in coordination with resourcing and project tracking

 

  • Facilitate team communications, manage external office suppliers and liaise with external stakeholders, as required, maintaining professionalism and strict confidentiality
  • Oversee the processing and tracking of the Executives expenses and credit card reconciliation in line with company policies
