Join this organisation where you’ll have the opportunity to support four esteemed Board members in a role that is as challenging as it is rewarding. What sets you apart is your ability to anticipate needs, think strategically, and execute tasks with precision and efficiency. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring their time is maximised and their priorities are managed effectively. In addition to your administrative prowess, your ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels will set you apart. Your role will be integral in supporting the Board members as they drive the organisation forward, making a lasting impact on the sustainability industry.

A snapshot of your role…

  • Manage extensive diaries for four Board members, including scheduling meetings and liaising with stakeholders on their behalf
  • Prepare materials for all internal and external meetings including preparing documents, reports and board papers
  • Oversee travel and expenses, ensuring timely payment and managing invoices

 

  • Coordinate procurement and other internal processes as needed for the Board members
  • Organise events, both internal and external, and provide proactive support for all related activities
