Detailed Job Description:

  • $65,000 + Superannuation
  • Sydney Location with travel required upon borders opening, access to a car is a necessity

This self-made individual requires a special Junior Personal Assistant to manage a diverse professional and personal schedule. With quick success in the early stages of business, this energetic individual has their sights set on further expansion and developing their personal brand; the sky is the limit! With a network of staff and clients operating across Australia and the UK, this individuals time is split over global times zones. You will be a vital asset to help ease day to day life, oversee household work, organise social events and other key requests. With your attentive support, you will allow this individual to continue focusing on building their business empire!

This role is suited to someone who can roll up their sleeves and get the job done with a fantastic can-do attitude. Unphased by any manner of request, an individual with previous nannying or private family assistant experience would be ideally suited to this role. Our client is open to considering the right individual outside of those traditional roles if they can confidently step up to the plate!

With a talent for organisation and establishing structure, you can easily multitask and work on competing tasks and priorities with a cool and collected approach. As a personal private assistant, an unwavering level of trust is needed. With your confidential and discreet manner, you can become the right hand to this individual, trusted with all manner of sensitive information and tasks. No request is too big or small; you are a lover of animals, capable in the kitchen and take pride in maintaining a tidy and presentable household alongside other general PA duties. As a confident individual, you can effortlessly communicate with various business partners and book multiple private appointments. An ability to think fast, whilst being flexible and adaptable towards changing priorities will see you succeed in this exciting role.

A snapshot of your role….

  • Oversee a complex professional and private diary, organise and communicate multiple appointments, meetings and social events.
  • Provide technical assistance and insight into various online social media platforms, assist in photoshoots, sourcing reputable brands and photographers, content creation and scheduling.
  • Assist in household duties including cooking, driving, grocery shopping, household presentation and ad-hoc care of pets requirements.

 

  • Work across international time zones, keeping open lines of communication between stakeholders, partners and clients, booking all international and domestic travel, accommodation and social itinerary requests.
  • Respond to emails and communications on behalf of the individual, liaise with accountants, and use MYOB to maintain efficient financial record keeping.
