Detailed Job Description:

  • $90,000 – $95,000 + Superannuation
  • Support an inclusive and supportive Managing Director
  • Actively contribute and impact the success of the business!

What is unique about you?

This role requires a perceptive, efficient, and confident individual capable of multitasking and anticipating needs in a rapidly changing environment. With extensive diary management experience, email handling and meeting organisation, you will make the Managing Director more efficient and effective. You will have incredible attention to detail and document management skills. As the first point of contact, you will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly when it comes to client stakeholder interactions. A snapshot of your role….

  • Extensive diary and inbox management for the Managing Director in a fast-paced ‘dynamic’ environment
  • Organise external client and stakeholder meetings, ensuring all paperwork, presentation and documents are prepared in advance
  • Showcase your impeccable written skills by proofreading all company documents and drafting correspondence on behalf of the MD

 

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders whilst maintaining confidentially and discretion
  • Assist with expense reports and reconciliations, ensuring budgets and company policies are adhered to
