You are an experienced Team Coordinator, an all-rounder who can juggle a few things at once whilst maintaining your keen eye for details. Being an energetic and positive person will serve you well in excelling in this role supporting a dynamic team. With your warm and friendly nature, you are a people person and are easily self-motivated, flexible and can quickly adapt to changing priorities.

Your experience supporting a large-scale team will be crucial in this role. Proactively anticipating the team’s needs and ensuring all duties are done to the best of your ability is second nature to you.

A snapshot of your role….

  • Scheduling internal team meetings and external appointments with clients. Ensure any meeting requests for catering, venue bookings or dietary requirements are met
  • Assisting consultants– general administration tasks, source and collate research information, news runs and project materials as required
  • Take ownership of travel arrangements through the company’s external booking system – book flights and accommodation for the team, including knowledge and awareness of consultants’ preferences, relevant client activities and travel policy guidelines

 

  • Be the first point of contact for the team for all administrative needs – ensuring all team members are across changes and updates on the CRM and client database
  • Build and maintain relationships with staff in offshore offices
