Detailed Job Description:

  • On-going Temp role, in friendly energetic business

What is unique about you?

  • You have proven Team Assistant, Coordinator or Administration experience
  • You are confident juggling multiple priorities at once
  • You have strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
  • You are highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • You are positive, adaptable and happy to jump in where needed
  • You are available immediately and ready to hit the ground running

A snapshot of your role…

  • You will provide day-to-day support across a busy team
  • You will assist with managing diaries, meetings and schedule coordination
  • You will help in preparing presentations, documents and team communications

 

  • You will be the go-to person, happy to turn your hand to all tasks that assist the team’s productivity
  • You will answer calls and messages and act as the go-to support person for the wider team
