Detailed Job Description:

A snapshot of your role…

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the HR team
  • Coordinate meetings, interviews, calendars, and onboarding activities
  • Prepare HR documents, reports, presentations, and team correspondence

 

  • Manage inboxes, maintain accurate records, and assist with employee documentation
  • Support the wider HR function with ad hoc administration and operational tasks throughout the contract period
