Your ability to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of Marketing is complemented by your collaborative approach, fostering smooth communication with colleagues and stakeholders. This role demands financial proficiency, adept reporting skills, creative problem-solving, and advanced technological capabilities—all of which you possess alongside a strong sense of initiative and ownership.

A snapshot of your role…

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of Marketing and the team, including calendar management, agenda creation, scheduling, travel arrangements, and handling related requests
  • Prepare and maintain high-quality draft documents, presentations, correspondence, reports, and analytics for both internal and external use. Ensure document processing and quality assurance by utilising SharePoint and Promapp
  • Administer meetings, take detailed notes, and facilitate the efficient transfer of information to relevant stakeholders while managing incoming communications and serving as the first point of escalation

 

  • Prepare and manage purchase orders, expenses, and invoices, while providing administrative assistance for budget monitoring, including reporting, consolidation, and reconciliation of petty cash, cab charges, credit cards, and other budgets as needed
  • Foster strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, contributing to the coordination of key events, team meetings, town halls, and strategic marketing initiatives
