Detailed Job Description:

  • $38 per hour + Superannuation

Joining the Corporate Partnerships team of 20 professionals and collaborating closely with their Head of Corporate Partnerships, you’ll be part of a team dedicated to driving market expansion, forging strategic alliances, and fostering innovation through expertise exchange. This role presents a 6-month temp-to-perm opportunity, making full working rights highly desirable.

With a focus on precision, delivering high-quality outputs, and a passion for managing systems, projects, and tasks, you’ll seamlessly integrate into our Corporate Partnerships team. Your exceptional high-level administrative and operational skills will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day operations, collaborating closely with team members across various projects and organisational goals.

You’ll be relied upon to enhance communication, updates, and reports, fostering an already collaborative environment, and driving successful outcomes across Corporate Partnerships Initiatives. Your natural ability in planning and organising will enable you to prioritise competing demands from team members, Heads of Departments, and external client requests. Lastly, your advanced communication skills, both verbal and written, will ensure confident interaction with senior personnel, maintaining a clear, transparent, and diplomatic approach.

A snapshot of your role…

  • Manage calendars for Head of Corporate Partnerships and wider team, coordinating internal and external meetings. Ensure agenda creation, scheduling and travel arrangements are organised and communicated
  • Prepare all documentation for external client meetings including proposals, pitch packs and slide decks. Conduct research and compile all relevant collateral
  • Act as first point of contact for all department enquiries and liaise across the business to ensure due diligence and organisational compliance imperatives

 

  • Draft documentation, presentations and handle internal reporting and analytic requests to a consistent quality standard. Manage the department’s CRM, SharePoint and communication channels
  • Oversee financial responsibilities including managing purchase orders, invoices and monitoring department budgets. Handle reporting, consolidation and reconciliation tasks
