Detailed Job Description:

  • $40 per hour + Superannuation
  • Take the opportunity to learn from some of the best in the industry
  • 6-month contract role within Sydney CBD

What is unique about you?

This is a temp role with an immediate start. You will be quick, smart, and willing to jump straight in. You must have an exceptional eye for detail and be able to pick new things up fast. This business moves at a pace, so you will need to be adaptable and not afraid to ask if you need guidance on something. This role would suit a people person and someone who is good at reading people and situations and adapting accordingly.

A snapshot of your role….

  • Manage a complex team diary, pre-empt issues and offer alternatives. Be comfortable saying no to people if necessary
  • Oversee a high incoming company information inbox, flag any important matters and resolve anything that is not a priority for the team
  • Action all ad hoc administration that arises, including expenses, proofing documents, drafting emails and anything else that can free up some extra time

 

  • Be the first port of call for the office phones, ensuring all enquiries are answered to the best of your knowledge and providing first-class customer service
  • Be the coffee hero! Organise and collect lunches and run other errands as requested by the team
