What is unique about you?

As a tried and tested Team Assistant with 5+ years in a large team support role, you are accomplished with work priority management and hold meticulous organisation skills – this is a fast-moving department with various high-stake accounts, so you need to be on the ball and adaptive. You will be relied upon heavily by the team in idea hub sessions to capture plans and allocate tasks after further sign off from managers, so communication and relationship building skills are necessary to know who’s who! With prior diary management and travel coordination experience, you can facilitate the ongoing communication internally across the office and assist the Executive Assistants with overflow tasks. Teamwork is paramount and utilising your administrative skillset, charisma and genuine positive and driven nature will see you step into an office of likeminded operational colleagues.

A snapshot of your role…

  • Manage the internal meeting room booking system for all in-house meetings, handle enquiry inboxes efficiently, and support Executive Assistants with meeting preparation tasks as needed
  • Coordinate all interstate travel requirements for department, including flights, transport and accommodation
  • Utilise PowerPoint and creative tools to assist with individual client pitch decks and promotional materials

 

  • Collaborate with the event committee to orchestrate a series of team-focused events including EOFY, Christmas, Summer, and achievement parties. Manage all aspects from catering and venue selection to themes, attendee’s and more!
  • Handle team expenses using XERO on a fortnightly basis, support finance by raising purchase orders, and accurately inputting invoices
