  • $80,000 + Superannuation

What is unique about you?

As a Team Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of the family office. You will need to be a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a passion for contributing to the success of a private family office. You will have proven experience as an administrative or team assistant in a professional setting, experience in private family offices will be preferred. You have a demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality. As a Team Assistant you will need to be tech savvy to adapt to new technologies and troubleshoot any issues the team run into. As you may meet HNWIs and other senior personnel, your presentation and communication will need to be immaculate and professional.

A snapshot of your role…

  • Efficiently manage complex calendars and seamlessly coordinate appointments
  • Managing office supplies, equipment, and general administrative tasks including ad hoc tasks as directed by the team
  • Assisting with special projects and events including liaising with vendors and organising catering and venues

 

  • Manage communication within the office including answering the phones and handling shared inboxes
  • Meet and greet clients and members of the Family whilst using your proven confidentiality and professionalism at all times
