Detailed Job Description:

  • $85,000 + Superannuation

If you are an experienced Team Assistant who is looking for growth within an organisation then this is the company for you! Your ability to pre-empt the team’s needs and your interpersonal skills will be your ticket to mastering this role! As someone with outstanding administrative skills you will always be thinking a step ahead of the team! You will be able to smooth their day and become a proactive cog in the lives of some of the senior Directors as well. You will be skilled in the Microsoft Office Suite as this will be key to your administrative success in the role!

A snapshot of your role…

  • Manage diaries of the team, schedule client meetings, update and review day-to-day documents and assist with travel bookings
  • Provide a range of administrative responsibilities including drafting all forms of correspondence
  • Liaise with multiple third-party suppliers on behalf of the team, including IT troubleshooting, maintenance of office equipment and managing stock levels in the office

 

  • Assist team with preparation of documents, reports and spreadsheets using your Microsoft Office skills
  • Maintain clean reception area and meet and greet clients and guests as they come in, providing utmost care and professionalism at all times
