Detailed Job Description:

  • $40 per hour + super
  • Financial Services
  • Sydney CBD | 3-month contract

A snapshot of your role…

  • Coordinating meetings, calendars and team schedules to keep operations running smoothly
  • Preparing documents, reports and presentations to support the wider team
  • Managing inboxes, correspondence and stakeholder communications

 

  • Assisting with projects, events and team initiatives as required
  • Acting as the central point of coordination, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
