Headquartered at a landmark heritage building in Redfern, close to eateries and public transport, you will report directly to the CEO, taking on the organisation’s financial reins and governance responsibilities.

With comprehensive accounting experience, you are confident in your ability to oversee the finances of a complex organisation. You know how to work to the highest standards and thrive in a dynamic environment, managing competing priorities. You expertly model business projects, forecasts and take pride in producing detailed financial analysis. You possess a strong understanding of budgeting, funding systems and grant structures.
A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience and previous exposure to arts, not-for-profit or funding-reliant settings are highly desirable. Above all, you are a genuine, communicative, approachable individual who enjoys being part of a team, participating in purpose- driven work to make a difference in your community.
