Detailed Job Description:

  • $90,000 + super
  • Professional services firm
  • North Sydney | Fully office-based

A snapshot of your role…

  • Support the sales team with quotes, proposals, pricing updates, and day-to-day administration
  • Process client orders and invoices, keeping records accurate and following everything through
  • Manage incoming client enquiries across phone and email, providing responsive and polished service

 

  • Coordinate contracts, tenders, and documentation, making sure deadlines and details stay on track
  • Prepare monthly sales reports and maintain accurate information across CRM and internal systems
  • Get involved in wider team activities including events, marketing initiatives, travel bookings, and ad hoc projects
