We are currently seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant to lead a warm 360 recruitment desk. Specialising in high-level executive support and business support roles across Australia, you will oversee contract and permanent placements. Working closely with the Managing Director, Associate Directors and Recruitment Consultants, you’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact. Based in our Sydney CBD office, this role offers an exciting opportunity for learning and professional and personal development, with clear pathways for career progression.

A snapshot of your role…

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for VIP clients, ensuring a seamless experience from initial brief to final placement. You will manage every aspect of the process with precision, offering expert advice and maintaining the highest standards of service to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with a high-performing team of experienced recruitment consultants, actively contributing to both individual and team success.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, becoming their trusted recruitment partner by gaining a deep understanding of their culture, values, and specific needs.

 

  • Proactively source top-tier candidates through diverse channels, including headhunting, networking, and tapping into your extensive professional connections.
  • Continuously track, analyse, and optimise recruitment metrics and KPIs, ensuring that all recruitment activities are efficient and effective.
