Detailed Job Description:

  • $330 to $450 Daily Rate + Sponsorship Available

You will be confident liaising with clients and candidates and have strong relationship-building skills. This position needs a consultant who thrives on delivering first-tier consulting. You will have strong attention to detail, high EQ and ethics and a great sense of humour.

A snapshot of your role…

  • Look after our beautiful clients! Build, maintain, and leverage meaningful relationships
  • Take thorough and in-depth job briefs
  • Source, screen, and conduct interviews, face-to-face and virtual
  • Match candidates to roles
  • Actively reach out to candidates in building pipelines

 

  • Write appealing adverts for a variety of roles to attract suitable candidates
  • Provide consistent follow up and care to our candidates
  • Provide market advice to clients and candidates
  • Independently run your own desk whilst maintaining strong team relationships
  • Ensure the integrity of all company data
