Whilst happy to run your own desk, you must be a strong team player with outstanding communication skills. You will thrive in this position if you have a curious, agile mind and like challenging yourself.

A snapshot of your role…

  • Source, screen and conduct thorough interviews for potential candidates
  • Scheduling and co-ordination of Recruiting Manager, Hiring Managers and candidate diaries when arranging pre briefing meetings and candidate interviews, as well as managing communication throughout the recruitment process
  • Recruitment admin, including reference checking, sending out candidate assessments, supporting the on-boarding process and any other duties that arrive

 

  • High-level client liaison at all stages of the recruitment process, showcasing your relationship-building skills. Always delivering top-tier service to clients and candidates alike
  • Active business development activities, including research, lead generation, callsand really looking after people. Utilising platforms such a LinkedIn to grow the brand, increase connections and generate business opportunities
