  • Up to $85,000 + Superannuation
  • Supporting a high-performing team by handling key recruitment administrative tasks with efficiency and precision!
  • This is a permanent position, with sponsorship available for the right candidate

What is unique about you?

As an experienced Recruitment Administrator, you have a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, enabling you to manage candidate pipelines with confidence and precision. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills allow you to screen, interview, and assess candidates effectively, ensuring the best talent is brought to the attention of the Recruitment Team. You’re also skilled in conducting reference checks and managing candidate documentation with a keen eye for detail. With exceptional organisational abilities, you’re adept at prioritising tasks, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks, and always staying ahead of deadlines. Your strong administrative skills mean you can handle emails, phone calls, and meetings with professionalism, maturity, and poise. No task is too big or too small—you approach everything with a positive attitude, unwavering dedication, and a proactive mindset.

A snapshot of your role…

  • Provide essential administrative support to the office team, managing daily tasks such as responding to emails, answering phone calls, and maintaining communication with both candidates and clients.
  • Take the lead in screening resumes and conducting thorough face-to-face and virtual interviews with candidates, ensuring a professional and confident approach.
  • Carry out detailed and accurate reference checks for candidates, verifying employment history and gathering valuable feedback to assist in making informed hiring decisions. Maintain a high level of attention to detail throughout this process, ensuring all information is recorded correctly and consistently.

 

  • Play an integral role in the success of the business by actively collaborating with other team members to achieve collective goals. Work together to streamline recruitment processes, share knowledge and insights, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organisation.
  • Ensure all inquiries are handled promptly and professionally, contributing to the smooth operation of the office.
