Detailed Job Description:

  • North Sydney CBD
  • 6-month role within the creative industry

What makes this company unique?

A progressive and growing creative company that focuses on the quality of service and first-class experience its clients receive. This is a vibrant company that requires assistance in the transition back into the city offices and the adaptation period to a hybrid working model. With investment in learning and career progression support for their staff, you will join a friendly and sociable office. This office is big on collaborative teamwork and bringing their best each day.

What is unique about you?

You are an enthusiastic and adaptable receptionist or administration professional with an ability to build rapport with a variety of stakeholders. With a charming and personable approach, you will confidently engage with all office visitors, providing the best levels of customer service. Your attention to detail and bright attitude will stand as possibly the most important virtues you can bring to the role.   You are proactive, motivated and can easily manage multiple priorities of a busy front desk, happily assisting with ad hoc duties for various departments across the company.

A snapshot of your role….

  • Demonstrate a high level of competence by managing office related stock and inventory checks, ordering supplies, assisting with invoicing, and tracking front desk budgets
  • Provide an exceptional experience for internal and external contacts by managing the day-to-day aspects of the reception area and front desk
  • Ensure facilities, common areas and meeting rooms are neat, clean, and always well maintained

  • Display initiative and assist senior managers with office projects for the People and Culture team as well as facilitating general administrative requests
  • Encourage an environment for excellence by overseeing office internal and external events, team building socials and the organisation of any catering or supplies needed
