A snapshot of your role…

  • Meeting and greeting clients, visitors, and staff, ensuring a warm and professional first impression at all times
  • Managing a busy switchboard, handling incoming calls efficiently and directing enquiries to the appropriate teams
  • Maintaining a polished and welcoming reception area, ensuring meeting rooms are set up and ready

 

  • Booking and managing meeting rooms, assisting with scheduling and preparing spaces for internal and external meetings
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support to the wider team, assisting with day-to-day operations as needed
