You are an experienced and polished Personal Assistant who will support a dynamic school Principal. With excellent written and verbal communication skills, you will have a natural confidence and a professional presence to engage seamlessly with staff, students, parents, and key stakeholders. As a trusted confidant to the Principal, you will exhibit high levels of discretion, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate sensitive situations with empathy and tact. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as the role requires understanding diverse perspectives and building strong working relationships.
This role involves comprehensive diary management, scheduling and coordinating meetings. You will be balancing multiple competing priorities with flexibility and grace. You are highly organised, able to switch seamlessly between tasks, and make prudent decisions about when and how to escalate issues. As a proactive and adaptable team player you can thrive in a fast-paced environment, anticipate needs, and bring a problem-solving mindset to each day.
