  • Temp to Perm 12-month Maternity leave contract | Immediate availability highly desirable

What makes this company unique?

Seize the opportunity to step into a coveted Personal Assistant role within a highly confidential family office. Despite their significant wealth, accumulated through multiple generations of successful business ventures, the family values a low-key, understated approach. Modesty and discretion are highly regarded among the current team, and they seek a Personal Assistant who embodies these qualities rather than a flashy, high-profile approach. As a vital member of the principal’s household in the tranquil Southern Highlands, you’ll actively contribute to the daily routines of the principal, their family, and children. Become an integral part of a longstanding support network, working alongside dedicated business and personal support staff who have been part of the family office for many years. Possessing a clean driving license and personal vehicle is essential for this role. Full working rights without restrictions or visa limitations is a must.

What is unique about you?

To fit this role perfectly you exude qualities of humility, adaptability, and a dedicated work ethic. You love hands-on tasks, finding genuine satisfaction in ticking off lists and effortlessly managing a multitude of to-dos! Embracing errands, deliveries, grocery shopping, ordering, and coordination comes naturally to you, understanding that your personal touch makes all the difference in ensuring seamless, efficient operations within this family office. Your organisational ability is unmatched, coupled with an impeccable eye for detail and a proactive, resourceful approach. While a supportive network will always be there, your ability to thrive independently is a key asset. If this role sounds like you, we would love for you to apply!
