Personal Assistant

Detailed Job Description:

  • $130,000 + super (pro rata)
  • Part-time opportunity (approximately 20 hours per week), with working days and hours open for discussion
  • Eastern Suburbs

What makes this company unique?

  • This isn’t your typical EA role. You’ll become an invaluable right-hand, supporting someone who truly values the person behind the role
  • You’ll become a true extension of your executive, supporting everything from business priorities and family logistics to the countless details in between
  • Every day is different! One moment you’ll be preparing for key meetings, the next you’ll be organising family travel or coordinating household projects
  • You’ll have the autonomy to take ownership, solve problems and keep everything running smoothly
  • This is a role where relationships and reliability are valued just as highly as getting the job done
  • Enjoy the flexibility of a part-time role without compromising on variety, responsibility or impact

What is unique about you?

  • You’re an experienced EA or PA who truly enjoys looking after people and takes pride in making life easier for others
  • You naturally notice what needs doing before anyone asks and love being one step ahead
  • You’re happy switching between preparing board-level documents one minute and organising a gardener or vet appointment the next
  • You have exceptional attention to detail and produce polished, professional work
  • You’re flexible, practical, and don’t get flustered when priorities change
  • You’re discreet, trustworthy and understand the importance of confidentiality
  • You love taking ownership and are happiest when everything is running smoothly because of you
  • Bonus points if you’re a dog lover!

A snapshot of your role…

  • Manage a busy calendar, coordinate meetings, prepare documents, and ensure your executive is organised and ready for every commitment
  • Proofread and format proposals, presentations, and client documentation while providing day-to-day administrative support
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel for both business and family, managing every detail from start to finish

  • Keep the household running smoothly by coordinating trades, appointments, errands, family logistics, and ad hoc requests
  • Be the go-to person, creating calm, structure, and organisation across both business and home

This role will be placed quickly, don’t hesitate!
