Personal Assistant

Detailed Job Description:

  • $80,000 to $100,000 + Superannuation – commensurate with experience
  • Transformative career opportunity to join a High-Net-Worth Individual’s team amid ongoing expansion!
  • Receive mentorship from one of the top Executive Assistants in the industry

What makes this company unique?

In the realm of high-net-worth individuals this refreshingly, unassuming individual and family steer clear of extravagance and maintain a humble demeanour. Their close-knit inner circle plays a pivotal role in steering their expansive enterprise. Each member of the team is a top performer, committed to delivering nothing less than their best. As the Personal Assistant (PA), you’ll be expected to uphold this standard. In return, you’ll enjoy the rare privilege of personal time and space, a scarce commodity in such a prestigious role. This family values growth and development, actively fostering opportunities for learning, role expansion, and seizing new prospects as they arise. Their staff’s enduring loyalty and outstanding tenure testify to the exceptional work environment they provide; it’s a source of pride for those fortunate enough to be part of their team.

What is unique about you?

The pivotal attribute for the PA in this position is discretion; being entrenched in someone’s home will transform you into a vault and a trusted gatekeeper of their life’s details. You must be a collaborative team player, accustomed to thriving within a group dynamic. This role isn’t suited for individuals who prefer to work independently; it thrives on teamwork, where each member is as indispensable as the next. Your attitude is paramount; whether it’s your eagerness to learn, your proactive approach, or your meticulous attention to detail, these qualities will set you apart. While prior experience in a similar role isn’t mandatory, transferable skills such as multitasking, problem-solving, and project management are highly valued. Coupled with a strong work ethic, these attributes will make you an exceptional candidate for this role. Possessing a car and a valid driving license is essential.

A snapshot of your role…

  • Oversee the day-to-day household operations, encompassing everything from grocery shopping to coordinating repairs and renovations
  • Handle personal errands, organise personal gifting for family and friends, and maintain detailed records
  • Coordinate car maintenance schedules, as well as staying up-to-date with necessary insurances and registrations

  • Liaise with the EA and other in-office staff to synchronise personal and professional diaries, ensuring seamless coordination and avoiding scheduling conflicts
  • Scheduling personal appointments, such as personal trainers, doctor and dentist appointments, and any other well-being-related activities
