Detailed Job Description:

  • Part time 2 days a week – flexibility to increase when needed
  • Flexible working hours for an optimal work-life balance
  • $180,000 Pro Rata + Superannuation

What is unique about you?

You are an experienced HR Professional who excels at supporting leaders through significant growth and expansion. You have experience in developing and implementing processes, procedures and practices. In addition, you have excellent communication skills, the ability to create solid relationships, and a good support network. To be successful in this role, you will have proven expertise in HR advice, training, understanding performance metrics, conducting performance reviews and implementing employee development programs at a senior level.

Experience in industries such as finance, investment banking, advisory, M&A or professional services is ideal but not essential. Degree qualification is also highly desirable.

A snapshot of your role….

  • Build and develop HR processes that will meet the company’s criteria and growth
  • Provide HR advice and direction to the business
  • Manage employees performance appraisal process, including attending reviews

 

  • Develop and maintain relationships with the team through guidance, consulting and coaching
  • Identifying and supporting employee professional development
