Office Manager / Executive Assistant

Detailed Job Description:

  • Up to $120,000 package (FTE)
  • Professional services
  • Part-time | 5 hours per day, Monday–Friday | Flexible start between 9am–10am
  • Perth CBD | Fully office-based

What makes this company unique?

  • This is a well-established national business where you’ll quickly become connected to people and activity across the organisation
  • You’ll have the opportunity to really make the role your own and become an integral part of the Perth team
  • Enjoy the connection of a local office while being part of a broader national business, with plenty of interaction across teams and locations
  • There’s a genuine sense of purpose behind the work this organisation does, with people who care about making a meaningful contribution through their work
  • Collaboration extends well beyond Perth! You’ll build relationships with a fantastic network of administration and operations colleagues interstate
  • This is an environment where people are trusted to do their jobs well. Bring initiative, good judgement, and ideas, and you’ll be given plenty of room to run with them
  • Enjoy genuine part-time hours while still being part of a professional, interesting, and high-calibre corporate environment

What is unique about you?

  • You’re the person who notices what needs doing before anyone has to ask – and usually already has it sorted!
  • You’ve built solid experience across office management, team support, executive support, or senior administration within a professional environment
  • You love having ownership. Give you an office to run, a team to support, and plenty happening around you, and you’re in your element
  • You’re confident working independently and don’t need someone checking in on every decision or next step
  • You know how to support senior people – diaries move, priorities change, and requests pop up unexpectedly, but you take it all in your stride
  • You’re naturally organised and have an eye for the little things that make an office feel polished, welcoming, and exceptionally well run
  • You’re warm and personable while still being polished and professional with senior stakeholders, colleagues, and visitors
  • Discretion and good judgement come naturally to you, and you can be trusted with confidential information and sensitive matters
  • Most importantly, you’re a doer! You’re happy jumping between office management, team support, executive assistance, systems, events, and whatever else the day brings

A snapshot of your role…

  • Make the Perth office your own, taking responsibility for everything from facilities and supplies to meeting rooms, equipment, and the overall office environment
  • Provide trusted support to an Executive Director, coordinating their diary, meetings, priorities, and day-to-day administration
  • Be a go-to for the wider Perth team, assisting with diaries, scheduling, travel, administration, and the practical things that keep everyone moving

  • Create a brilliant first impression, welcoming visitors and coordinating meetings, catering, events, and activity within the office
  • Keep shared systems, documents, and records organised and up to date, including document management and SharePoint
  • Connect with administration and operations colleagues across Australia, sharing information, providing back-up, and helping things run seamlessly across offices
  • Get involved beyond the day-to-day, lending your organisational skills to projects, team initiatives, events, and broader business support
