A snapshot of your role….

  • Manage company liaisons between internal and external vendors and facility management requests
  • Ensure the office is immaculate at all times and oversee the organisation of internal and external meeting rooms, video conference set up, bookings and requirements such as catering
  • Order office consumables and kitchen supplies such as fruit baskets & coffee supplies – ensure office supplies such as stationery and IT equipment are stocked and maintained

 

  • Organise company social events, programs and services that strengthen this fantastic company culture and drive further employee engagement
  • Maintain compliance with local Work Health & Safety legislation: monitor and ensure regular fire drills, risk assessments, and maintain a list of active office first-aid and fire wardens to ensure a safe workplace
