A snapshot of your role…

  • Take ownership of the day-to-day running of the Sydney office, ensuring everything operates smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage office facilities, suppliers, maintenance, stationery, catering and general office requirements.
  • Coordinate office budgets, invoices, expenses and supplier relationships with strong attention to detail.

 

  • Oversee office processes, systems and administration, identifying ways to improve efficiency and organisation.
  • Be the go-to person for the office, creating a polished, well-organised and professional workplace experience.
