Detailed Job Description:

  • $45 per hour + super
  • Prestigious Private Equity firm
  • Sydney CBD | On-going temp opportunity

A snapshot of your role…

  • Acting as the face of the business, ensuring a seamless experience for visitors, clients and stakeholders
  • Managing office operations, suppliers, facilities and day-to-day logistics to keep the team running efficiently
  • Coordinating meetings, boardroom schedules, catering and events to the highest standard

 

  • Supporting senior leaders with ad hoc administration, travel and business coordination
  • Driving office culture initiatives and creating an environment where people enjoy coming to work
