Office Manager

Detailed Job Description:

  • Own the employee experience in a high-performing, people-first environment
  • Broad role spanning office management, events, and team support
  • Stunning CBD offices with a strong focus on collaboration and team connection

What makes this company unique?

  • This is a business that’s growing quickly, but has worked hard to maintain a down-to-earth and collaborative culture along the way
  • People genuinely enjoy working here; it’s a social, friendly environment where everyone pitches in and supports one another
  • You’ll work closely with teams across the entire business, making this a highly visible role with plenty of relationship-building opportunities
  • You’ll partner with an experienced Executive Assistant team and gain exposure to the Executive Office, giving you insight into how a high-performing leadership team operates
  • If you enjoy variety, you’ll love this role; one day might involve organising an office event, the next helping with onboarding or coordinating a workplace project
  • The Sydney CBD office is a place people genuinely enjoy coming into, with a strong focus on collaboration, connection and team culture

What is unique about you?

  • You have previous experience in Office Management, Workplace Experience, Administration, Office Coordination or a similar role
  • You’re naturally organised and enjoy being the person others rely on to keep things running smoothly
  • You love working with people and get genuine satisfaction from helping create a positive experience for colleagues and visitors
  • You’re comfortable juggling lots of moving parts and know how to prioritise when things get busy
  • You’re proactive by nature and tend to spot issues before they become problems
  • You take ownership of your work and can be trusted to get things done without needing a lot of direction
  • You’re happy rolling up your sleeves and helping wherever needed, no matter how big or small the task
  • You’re confident building relationships with a wide range of people, from new starters through to senior leaders

A snapshot of your role…

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of a busy Sydney office, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Coordinate workplace services including catering, office supplies, meeting room management, and vendor relationships
  • Create an exceptional employee experience through onboarding, office initiatives, team events, and workplace support

  • Partner closely with Executive Assistants and provide ad hoc support to senior leadership when required
  • Oversee office logistics including workspace management, travel coordination, equipment requests and facilities administration
  • Act as a key point of contact for building management, workplace services providers, and internal teams
