Detailed Job Description:

  • Innovative tech company
  • Sydney CBD | Fully in office

What makes this company unique?

  • This is a fast-moving tech business with plenty happening, giving you the chance to make a visible difference from day one
  • The team is ambitious and high performing, but the culture remains friendly, collaborative, and down-to-earth
  • You’ll have genuine ownership of the office rather than simply following a set routine, with the freedom to suggest better ways of doing things

  • You’re confident juggling competing priorities and can quickly reset when plans change
  • You enjoy helping people and build strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and visitors
  • You’re proactive, practical, and happy to roll up your sleeves rather than wait to be asked
  • You bring positive energy to the office and genuinely care about creating a great employee experience

A snapshot of your role…

  • Take ownership of the daily running of the office, ensuring the space is organised, welcoming, and fully equipped
  • Coordinate suppliers, facilities, maintenance, deliveries, catering, and office supplies
