Detailed Job Description:

A snapshot of your role…

  • Coordinate daily office operations to ensure the workplace runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Provide administrative and coordination support across the wider business
  • Manage meeting coordination, suppliers, office resources, and general team support

 

  • Assist with onboarding, employee administration, and internal People & Culture processes
  • Support staff engagement initiatives, events, training sessions, and wellbeing activities
  • Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and assist with project coordination as required
