As the Office Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of a vibrant environment. You’ll join a dedicated team of 15 in their modern, newly refurbished offices, designed to enhance creativity and teamwork. In this fast-paced corporate environment, our client is seeking a proactive Office Coordinator who excels in administrative excellence. Our client needs someone who is highly organised and detail-oriented, with a natural ability to manage office operations, coordinate meetings, and handle stationery and catering needs with precision. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that tasks like managing client invoices, purchase orders, and confidential information are executed flawlessly.

We’re looking for someone with an upbeat and positive attitude, who approaches challenges with enthusiasm and maintains a cheerful disposition even in high-pressure situations. Adaptability and a proactive mindset are crucial, as this role requires anticipating needs and solving problems before they escalate. Exceptional communication skills are essential, as you’ll be coordinating with team members and handling external interactions with clarity and ease.

A snapshot of your role…

  • Manage all facets of office administration, including overseeing stationary supplies, orders, catering coordination, and scheduling meetings
  • Ensure meticulous accuracy and detail in handling extensive data entry tasks involving client invoices, purchase orders, and client information
  • Oversee daily office activities to create a dynamic and efficient work environment, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings and events, handling office supplies and vendor relationships, ensuring facility maintenance, and supporting team members with administrative tasks as needed

 

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to both management and staff, fostering efficient operations and seamless communication
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence with precision and professionalism
