Detailed Job Description:

  • $35 per hour | Temporary 3 month contract with transition to permanent a key focus!
  • Be the first point of contact for all office administrative tasks and customer service & sales team support

You are a highly organised individual with strong attention to detail. Prioritising work will be your specialty as you use your solid communication skills to figure out what requires your primary attention. With your ability to manage projects efficiently you will thrive in this temp role. Your dependability and reliability make you a crucial addition to your team as you support your colleagues with optimism. Using MS Office is second nature to you as you utilise them along with your interpersonal and communication skills to handle customer enquiries with ease. Coming from an administrative or customer service background, you will enjoy speaking with a diverse range of clients and be a natural problem-solver. Your fast learning abilities and experience with Microsoft Navision will be valuable.

A snapshot of your role….

  • Process product orders, invoices, applications, quotes, and sales information for customers
  • Manage all team travel requirements, logistics and itineraries for the team visiting sales conferences & roadshows
  • Work with the marketing team to coordinate company branded materials, submit tradeshow applications and support all preparation tasks related to monthly and quarterly trade events

 

  • Provide support to the office by taking ownership of ordering internal supplies and liaising frequently with facilities for maintenance requests
  • Be on hand to support the sales team with administrative tasks such as troubleshooting and assisting with software licencing upkeep
