Detailed Job Description:

  • $35 per hour + Superannuation
  • Gain exposure across the business as you offer your assistance to HR, Marketing, Leadership and Finance departments!

A snapshot of your role….

  • Be the go-to source of information for external clients and create a welcoming experience for all. Ensure the office is presentable at all times and follow security procedures with the issuing of guest passes
  • Manage all company enquiries via phone and shared inboxes – answer, screen and forward to the relevant team members or draft template responses to emails
  • Liaise with suppliers and assist with ordering office stationery and support HR with any new starter onboarding, including IT set up, equipment orders, security passes and first day inductions

 

  • Create document templates and assist with the end of year report information collation on Canva!
  • Assist with internal finance duties – raise PO’s, issue invoices and manage the office petty cash
