A snapshot of your role…

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, reception, and facilities to ensure a professional, welcoming, and well-organised environment
  • Coordinate meetings, suppliers, office resources, and provide administrative support across the wider team
  • Support the employee lifecycle including onboarding, HR administration, payroll coordination, and employee records

 

  • Assist with People & Culture initiatives including engagement activities, training, wellbeing programs, and WHS coordination
  • Provide project, reporting, and event support while contributing to a positive workplace culture and overall business operations
